SpinBoss Rules for Card and Crypto Accounts

SpinBoss Editorial Team

Opening an account means agreeing to our general terms and our bonus terms in full. What you read here is a condensed version, and the full wording prevails wherever the two part company.

Who can register

Adults aged 18 or over, with a single account each. That one-account limit also covers a shared household, an e-mail address, a phone number and an IP address. The details you give must agree with your documents, and those documents reach us no later than 30 days after we ask.

Conditions on the pound route

Each card stage of the welcome package starts from a £20 deposit and is activated in My Bonus before you stake it; money paid in through Skrill or Neteller never qualifies. Stage wagering is 20x deposit plus bonus and 40x on free-spin winnings, with 10 days per stage. Weekend Reload wagering is 35x.

Conditions on the crypto route

The Crypto Welcome needs at least 100 USDT and 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus, completed inside 10 days.

Conditions on every bonus

An active stage caps each stake at £100 and each release at 10x the bonus. You hold one bonus at a time; asking for a withdrawal cancels it, and cancelling it yourself removes its bonus balance.

Game weighting

Full weight goes to slots, keno and scratch cards, half weight to Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly, and one tenth to live games, video poker and certain instant games. Standard table and card games, and anything on the excluded list, carry none.

Payouts

The finance desk looks at each request within up to 3 business days; its hours are 6:00 to 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. No more than three requests can be open together. Pulling out a deposit that has not been staked once costs 10% of it, and payouts follow the deposit's route back. Your VIP level, judged on the last 90 days, sets a monthly ceiling between £5,000 and £20,000.

Revisions and disputes

Our terms can be revised, and play is governed by whichever version is live at the time. Please bring a complaint to our support team first, through live chat or the support inbox.
